ADCO Global, through its Michigan-based operating subsidiary ADCO Products, has acquired the Millennium Adhesive Companies, including Millennium Adhesive Products, Inc., WTT Systems, LLC, and their affiliates, based in Chagrin Falls, OH.
Millennium manufactures and sells value-adding, solvent-free urethane adhesives and sealants for installation and attachment of insulation board and single-ply membranes on new and replacement commercial building roofs. Millennium sells both to OEM customers and through a broad distribution network utilizing the Weather-Tite brand for its extensive range of products. "The acquisition of Millennium positions ADCO as the leader in adhesive and sealant systems in the US Commercial Roofing market. Millennium’s solvent-free urethane products for adhering insulation board complement ADCO’s leadership position in roofing tapes and accessories" said John Knox, ADCO Global President and CEO.
