John Knox
President & CEO
John Knox joined ADCO Global as President & CEO in December 2006. Prior to joining ADCO Global, he was President & COO of Sovereign Specialty Chemicals. John has held a range of Executive and Operations positions
at The Valspar Corporation including President Valspar Europe, Middle East and Africa and Sales/Marketing at ICI
Films Division.

Peter Paulsen
Chief Financial Officer
Peter Paulsen has been Chief Financial Officer of ADCO Global since 2007. His previous roles within the ADCO Global organization include Vice President of Finance for ADCO Products and Controller of ADCO Global. Prior to joining ADCO, Peter served as Corporate Controller of Applied Intelligent Systems, Inc. and was a member of the audit staff with Price Waterhouse.

Michael Graf
Vice President, Corporate Development
Michael Graf joined ADCO in 2007 and is responsible for leading the Company’s global acquisition activities. He
has more than 15 years of experience in transaction origination, execution and integration in a range of corporate
and senior advisory capacities, including prior positions as a Director with the consulting firm Glass & Associates, Inc. and as an investment banker with Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin.

Glenn Frommer
President, ADCO Products
Glenn Frommer joined ADCO Global as President of ADCO Products, Inc. in 2007 and is responsible for ADCO Global's North American business. Before joining ADCO, he led the Global Adhesives business for Celanese Emulsions and directed the Structural Adhesives business of National Starch & Chemical Company. During his career, Glenn has held positions in M&A, Finance and Development Engineering.

Dick Spalton
Managing Director, ADCO Europe/KÖMMERLING
Dick Spalton has served as Managing Director of KÖMMERLING since November 2000. Prior to joining ADCO Global, he served at Astor Corporation, in several executive capacities, including President and Director; Managing Director of Astor Stag, Ltd. and at Associated British Industries.

Jose Houssa
Managing Director, ADCO Europe/KÖMMERLING
Jose Houssa has served as Managing Director of KÖMMERLING since November 2000. Previous postings have included Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Astor Corporation and several management positions within Associated British Industries.
